April 2nd // Day 79 // Chiantis

I have to admit, using ProCamera is a bit boring. Yes, it has nice exposure, focus and white balance control. Sure it has anti shake shutter, image aspect ratio options, and a couple of compositional overlays. But it has a total of 36 filters. That might SOUND like quite a few, but they’re all mostly useless and boring. Even just the colour adjustment filters kinda suck.

ProCamera is a nice, handy tool if you are a purist and want to shoot unfiltered images. But if you want even a few half way useful filters, look elsewhere.

Here’s a wonky angle at Chianti’s restaurant. It was the only angle I could shoot that didn’t get other clientele in the shot. And it shows off the stunning Vintage Old Canvas filter.

About Dave Wilson

I R Photog! Make Purdy Peectoors! Seriously though, I'm a photographer of many disciplines based in Edmonton, Alberta. I just love a great image, whether it's a penny on a sheet of ice or a $100,000 wedding ceremony or a puppy jumping for a frisbee.
